Contrary To Popular Belief…

Contrary To Popular Belief…

For me I’m all about helping my members and future members or even people who never buy anything from me. I must admit that sometimes I don’t feel like I’ve done enough in terms of giving out enough information, however I looked back over all my old videos and free content the other day and I couldn’t believe how much content I’ve actually put together over the years.

“For the love of the sport, if I didn’t enjoy what I do then I certainly would stop”

I couldn’t remember making half the videos I’ve produced. I swear I almost had hair in a few of them.

One of my members made a great comment the other day about going over old ground regarding methods and race tactics and he was right.

It can pay dividends to go back over things you’ve worked on. Sometimes we become distracted by a new way to work or let’s face it shinny new stuff and ideas from other less reliable sources, and we simply forget about current tactics which are working right now.

Another subscriber told me they were making winning bets from the very first day they opened my software and then the next day and then again. So I’m thinking well he seems to just get it… he’s involved making his selections and doing exactly as he should be.

But then it all went wrong, for whatever reason maybe laziness or confusion I don’t know, but basically he wiped out his betting bank, wipeouttwice.

I thought well there must be a really good reason why? Bad weather at the race course and horses not performing?

Just a bad week with horses getting beaten by a nose time and time again?

Maybe he gave himself to many races to form read and he lost focus?

Maybe just maybe he was distracted with the kids that day? or Betfair was faulty and he missed the wining bets and just kept hitting the losers…

There really could be a whole host of reasons and just bad luck thrown into the mix. Murphy’s Law cropped up on a few bets perhaps?

“Emmm, No none of those. Its much much worse than that”

He actually just stopped doing what was working for him and decided tipsters were the way forward instead.

Bad decision and lesson learned, not the first time but i think after the second bank wipe out he realised back to basics was the way to go. The thing is with tipsters, and although its not really my thing i do have products which provide selections. The one thing tipster or anyone giving out selections cannot control is the ability for people to follow everything correctly and for the information provided to be not only good but reliable.

Its certainly a long term venture, now there is no way i would ever want anyone to lose their bank once never mind twice but we all have to be prepared for it to happen.

Focus People, Focus

Focus People, Focus

My whole focus, well one of them is to give people training, knowledge and experiences and for them to learn from me and to use my software to help them achieve their betting goals.

I personally think Racing is a huge lesson and not something I can cover in a single video, a day, week, I can compress things down into bundles and send out one or two things to help you in a video or in a PDF. But it takes time to cover everyone’s individual betting needs.

“I can however nip a few things in the bud”

One of those to be nipped in the bud is Stop using tipsters, especially the ones who call you on the phone and you think how the hell did you get my number. There are no racing shortcuts it’s all down to you I can help you and guide you and poke you with a big stick to keep you on the right side of the line, but it’s up to you. Whether you decide to stick in and learn and devour the information I give you or take the road which ultimately leads to nothing but disappointment, hanging onto the hopes of tipsters.

Its good to share

Its good to share

This is one reason why i put my Race Vision Training room together to give people an in-depth training course to set them off on the correct path and give them the skills they need to profit for life themselves. The best thing for me is receiving those testimonials from people who have joined and they are already making winning bets and they feel confident and now have a plan to follow as someone has showed them how to progress for themselves. Thats the real kick i get knowing the average punter the man in the street now has the skills to develop and most importantly win.

Here at iRace Vision, you’ll find a recollection of the BSG as he’s known (Betting Software Guy) thoughts and opinions based on  professional experience regarding subjects and issues that are of interest to us all in the horse racing environment. Initially the blog was established as a means of bringing help and advice to people in a interesting way. BSG is passionate about horse racing, and has gone from novice punter to self taught pro, software developer and owner over the last 15 years. His main focus is to provide his members with the best quality horse racing software and racing advice, he has a tendency to make a lot of video tutorials and has developed a number of methods and free training over the years. If his head is not stuck in a book or reading horses form, or working on new ways to find more winning selections then he aint happy. You may find him at the race course from time to time or occasionally horse riding, however his days or ever hoping to become a jockey were delivered a cruel blow when he was introduced to the world of pastry at a young age. Feel free to take a look around and leave a comment, you can contact the BSG on the details below.

Hi everyone
yeah theres no big secret really I just placed a couple of ew dbls taken from software top rated selections that’s it . for example first race today at 2pm market rasen software top rated selection gave Rolling Maul won at 7/4 great start no hard work to be done its there .. 3pm market rasen top rated selection Tayarat won 8/1 that’s nearly 10 points on a 7 race card so if you went level stakes on every race youd still be in profit … sat was a fantastic day best bet for me was mount athos 2.05 newbury software top rated selection everyone raving about battalion but software had it as a lay bet fantastic result backed mount athos with paddy power at 11/4 on their special money back offer of stake returned if horse placed .. couldn’t lose mount athos won battalion lost ( I didnt lay it ) wish I had id have won twice on one race .. also picked out llanarmon lad on sat at 16/1 in 4pm thirsk a quick look at from and this horse was lightly raced had won over distance and ground b4 .. it was screaming at me !! had a £10 ew bet it won nicely . made more than an average days wage on one bet. don’t want to sound patronising to anyone but its not hard software already done all the graft listen to the training videos then get stuck in .
cheers guys good luck with your bets 🙂

Darren

I would be interested in the different methods that other people are using the software ratings to select their winners, I use the STR ratings as opposed to the software ratings combined with a few other factors but as for Nigels each way doubles I would like to know if he is willing to share the way that he picked those out. I think it would help members to no end if they had this sort of information from many members to maybe hatch a winning formula together.

    Betting Software Guy

Hi Darren, its not a bad idea if other members are willing to share the information. Not sure if you are a race vision member but i do give away a great deal of methods within. All the best.

Nigel

Hi guys to cut a long story short I’ve used probably every tipster out there until I discovered the ratings software 2 yrs ago … It’s amazing totally changed how I bet Its only now since I’ve joined iracevision and properly listened to tutorial videos that I’m making proper profit . It was like a lightbulb moment for me I’m placing less bets and making more profit .feel like I can properly read a race now . I even look at so called tipster tips and can see from comparing with software how they got no chance ,, I Pulled in £480 today from 2 ew dbls taken from the software racecard not bad for a sunday using small stakes . Can’t wait to grt up in morning and load it up . Not gonna bang on but Anyone serious about this game should have it in their toolbox it’s the bolox

John Sulzberger

Hi
Did consider the recent training program and was counting the $, at the last moment had decided to go with it and something else distracted me and so as the story goes, too late but as my main focus is on Australian and NZ UK is something that is interesting but can present challeges.
Read your comments above about tipsters and the lesson from me is do not second guess the software even the so called expers such as race callers can get it wrong as I have found to my cost. I use a Greyhound program and find it provides info the others do not see, also know the fellow who developed it and understand how it does the calculations.
Back to the UK, I seem to have a reasonable amount of success and lean little things all the time and yes I have wondered about UK trainers at times as they seem to have a different approach to down under.

Regards

John
